From Concept to Manufacturing-Ready Product
Precision product development, 3D CAD design, mechanical engineering, and DFM review — taking your hardware from initial sketch to production-ready assemblies.
No obligation. We reply with next steps, typically within one business day.
What actually changes when we're on a project
Manufacturing-aware from feature one
Wall thickness, draft and tolerance get considered while modeling, not patched in after a failed DFM check.
Files anyone can act on
Clean feature trees, toleranced drawings, and exports that open correctly in whatever your team or manufacturer already uses.
Direct communication, no account layers
You talk to the person doing the engineering work, not a rotating account team relaying messages.
Everything between a concept and a manufacturing-ready file
Product Development
From a sketch, a reference part, or a rough idea to a manufacturable product.
Learn more →3D CAD Design
Mechanical CAD modeling for individual parts, assemblies and full product structures.
Learn more →Mechanical Engineering
Engineering judgment applied to material selection, tolerancing and structural design.
Learn more →DFM
Our systematic review finds cost and manufacturability problems before you cut tooling.
Learn more →Prototyping
Prototype-ready files, prototype builds and shipping, plus guidance on the right prototyping method.
Learn more →Engineering Drawings
GD&T-toleranced 2D drawings that manufacturers and QA teams can actually use.
Learn more →Injection Molding Design
Moldable part geometry designed around real tooling and gating constraints.
Learn more →CNC Design
Geometry designed for efficient, accurately machined parts.
Learn more →Reverse Engineering
Rebuilding accurate, editable CAD from a physical part when no digital model exists.
Learn more →A defined process, from first message to production files
Discovery
We learn what the product needs to do, your target manufacturing process, volume, budget and timeline.
Fixed-scope proposal
A clear proposal with defined deliverables and cost before any billable work begins.
Design & engineering
CAD modeling, engineering review and DFM, with check-in points so you're never surprised by the direction.
Manufacturing-ready handoff
Toleranced drawings, BOM and export files your manufacturer can quote and build from directly.

Questions before you start
What services does GoBigCAD offer?
Product development (including electrical and PCB design for some products), 3D CAD design, mechanical engineering with FEA and simulation, design for manufacturing (DFM), prototyping and shipping, managed manufacturing or manufacturer recommendations, engineering drawings, injection molding design, CNC design and reverse engineering. You can engage the studio for one deliverable or for the path from concept to manufacturing.
What file formats do you deliver?
Native SolidWorks (SLDPRT, SLDASM, SLDDRW) or Fusion (F3D) files, plus STEP, IGES, Parasolid (X_T/X_B), ACIS (SAT), STL, 3MF, OBJ, FBX, GLB/glTF, USDZ, eDrawings, PDF, DWG and DXF, depending on what the project needs.
How do I request a quote?
Use the quote form at /quote. It is free and non-binding. GoBigCAD replies within one business day, then sends a proposal with the deliverables for that project.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. The studio is in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and works remotely with clients worldwide.
Do you accept an NDA?
Yes. Standard NDA and IP terms are accepted. Deliverable files and design IP transfer to you on project completion, under the terms agreed in the proposal.
How is pricing set?
Quotes are prepared per project. After you describe the work, GoBigCAD sends a proposal with defined deliverables and the cost for that scope, before billable work begins.
How can I contact you?
Email design@gobigcad.com, or send a WhatsApp message to +92 339 9221225 (messages only, not a voice line: https://wa.me/923399221225). You can also use the quote form at /quote. The office is at Office 202, Askariya Business Center, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Have a concept that needs to become a real product?
Tell us about it. We'll respond with next steps, not a sales script.
